Privacy notice

GenAI Ventures respects your privacy. This notice explains what we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

• Your name and email address, when you start an application or send an enquiry.
• Your answers to the questions in our forms.
• Basic technical information, such as your IP address, used only to prevent spam and abuse. It is not stored with your visit statistics.
• Anonymous visit statistics: the page you viewed, the website that referred you, campaign tags in the link, and your device type.

How we use it

We use your information only to review your application or enquiry and respond to you. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Who can see it

Your submission is available to our partners and the team members who evaluate it. Our web host and email provider process it on our behalf to deliver the service.

How long we keep it

We keep application and enquiry information for up to 24 months, unless we begin working together, in which case it becomes part of our engagement records.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@genai.ventures.

Visit statistics and cookies

We count visits with our own statistics tool, hosted on our server. It uses no cookies, shares nothing with third parties, and does not store IP addresses. To count unique visitors, it creates an anonymous code that changes every day, so visits cannot be linked over time or to you. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
